POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS & COUPON CODES:
- Items purchased on sale or using a coupon code are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS:
- Customized products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Products are eligible for exchange if:
- The issue falls under "Wrong Size/Fit" or "Defective/Wrong Product."
- The items were not purchased on sale or using a coupon code.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and all labels and tags are intact.
- We are informed within 3 days of delivery.

Once we confirm your request, please ship the product back with your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
Please retain the courier receipt for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible for any lost shipments. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

After acknowledgment, please send the product back with your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
Please keep the courier receipt safely, as we are not responsible for any lost shipments. The cost of returning the product is to be borne by the customer.
Store credit will be provided after the product passes a quality check, with the amount being the original purchase price minus any shipping expenses paid by Kala to receive the item. This store credit has no expiration date and will be emailed to you upon successful processing.
