Care For Wear

More you wear better they fit: All our products are handcrafted with leather. There is no RIGHT or LEFT in the jutti, but once worn, jutti will take the shape of your feet. Since! I am handcrafted, I’ll need a lil’ care. Made of leather, I generally don’t bite yet you can apply a touch of coconut oil to my inner lining overnight to make me softer and smoother than I arrived and I’ll ensure I am always comfortable for you.
Store at its Best: All our products are made out of leather therefore it’s important to keep them wrapped in Muslin bag. Since muslin is soft, and protects your jutti from weather change, it will make sure that the embellishments of the products do not get spoiled.
Neat and Clean Makes a Perfect Pair: All our products are natural and can tend ages, hence to retain the beauty and shine for years to come, wipe gently with a damp cloth, however if the dirt doesn’t come off, you can use a toothbrush that has been dipped in a solution of mild washing soap and water. Jutti’s with elaborately embellished and embroidered work must only be dry-cleaned.
Dry and Store: All of us know leather and moisture do not go well together. Make sure your jutti’s are not exposed to it. In case it gets wet, do dry them naturally, out in the sun before storing them back.

Shipping and Delivery:

We provide shipping within India and to multiple locations outside India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.

Shipping within India:

We offer FREE shipping within India on Prepaid orders.
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered products to be delivered to you at the earliest. You will receive your order in 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Unforeseen circumstances on our logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest.
In case your address is not serviceable by our logistic partners we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative to make your order reach you. During festival, adverse weather condition, your shipment could get further delayed.
In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.
For custom made orders, we typically ship within 3 weeks. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via email provided by you while placing the orders.

International Shipping:

Shipping price will be calculated at checkout depending on your geographic location. You will receive you order in 10-12 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. Time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities and other unavoidable circumstances.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you an exchange on that piece in a different size. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, your exchange would be processed.
